- Substrate & Waterproofing
- Failed tile installations almost always begin below the surface. We evaluate the subfloor for deflection (L/360 minimum, L/720 for stone), install decoupling and crack-isolation membranes, and apply certified waterproofing in every wet area — never a shortcut.
- Layout, Mock-Up & Dry
- Before a single tile is set, we mock the layout for balance, plumb key sightlines, and confirm pattern alignment across walls, floors, and niches.
- Setting, Grouting & Sealing
- Full-contact back-buttering for large format and natural stone. Grout selected for color-fastness and stain resistance, followed by our in-house sealing system so your investment leaves site fully protected from day one. See our sealing services for details.
